Putting the finishing touch on any puppy play scenario, the Ouch! collections Puppy Play Neoprene Lined Fist Mitts not only complete all sort of costumes, they also act as some very unique hand restraints!

Pop the soft, cushy mitts over their paws (lock 'em up, if you'd like), and take them to obedience school. Each Mitt features a sturdy O-ring, which'll hook up to leashes, collars and tethers galore, plus, there's that lockable buckle we mentioned. 2 padlocks with keys are included.

Spot clean. Fits most.
